Divines Foundation was created to recognize the highest calling in life, to help those in need. Each of AWINECO’s brands will donate a generous portion of profits to carefully selected charities.



COMPASSION brand’s charitable focus is to benefit a wide range of profound initiatives.
PUPPY LOVE’s interests focus on animal rescue, veterinary medicine, no-kill shelters and pro-bono veterinarian care.


The role of the DIVINES FOUNDATION is to identify and facilitate interactions with the various charities, and create a publicly visible entity that links the wine brands to the charities. This work will enhance efficiency, reduce duplication of efforts, and help to shore up charitable initiatives with valuable resources from both a financial and strategic standpoint.

The foundation will vigorously endeavor to identify philanthropic and non-profit initiatives that reflect the highest goals of humanity, seeking out organizations that are making a difference, and who could have an even greater impact on the world with the help of additional financial resources. Involvement with these charities as a foundational principle of our business model will provide the public with an inspirational message, demonstrating our purpose and action plans, as well as highly desirable wines. Likewise, each wine brand, through its partnership with these organizations, will continually have news worthy, current, and uplifting content to share with it’s audience.

In addition to simply providing funds, DIVINES FOUNDATION will also partner strategically with well-established charities and foundations by sponsoring events, public appeals and high profile fund drives.

The founder of AWINECO, Alexander Bari DiRocco was shown from a young age the importance of giving back. Share in your success!

Alexander’s mother Doris, after living the experience of the Great Depression and waiting in bread lines as a 5 year old child. This memory inspired her to dedicate her life to helping those in need, and giving to the less fortunate.

Doris created the term “DIVINES” when she first discussed strategies with her son for developing the concept of connecting wine brands with giving back to related charities that touch the hearts of the AWINECO founding family.
